RM NCC provides private NCC transfers with luxury Mercedes vehicles, professional English-speaking drivers, and fixed rates. Serving Rome and all major Italian cities, airports, train stations, and ports.

## Vehicle Fleet
- **Sedan (Mercedes E-Class)**: Up to 4 passengers, 10 cargo capacity
- **Van (Mercedes V-Class)**: Up to 8 passengers, 33 cargo capacity
- Meet & Greet included on all bookings
- Child seats and booster seats available (+15€ / +10€)

## Pricing
All prices in EUR. Night surcharge (22:00-06:00): +30%. Holiday surcharge: variable.

- Check-in required between 24 and 3 hours before departure
- Reminder emails sent at 24h, 12h, and 6h before departure

## How to Book via API

#### book_transfer — Create a provisional booking
Creates a private transfer booking. Returns booking ID, key, price, confirmation URL, and check-in URL (for cash bookings). Email confirmation sent automatically.

Parameters:
  - from (string, required) — Pickup location (use English names from getDestinations)
  - to (string, required) — Destination (use English names from getDestinations)
  - date (string, required) — Date in DD/MM/YYYY format
  - time (string, required) — Time in HH:MM 24h format
  - passengers (integer, required) — Number of passengers (1-50)
  - first_name (string, required) — Passenger first name
  - last_name (string, required) — Passenger last name
  - email (string, required) — Contact email
  - phone (string, required) — International format (+44123456789)
  - payment_method (string, optional) — "cash", "revolut", or "pending" (default)

Rate limits: 24 bookings per day per email, 24 per phone.

#### get_prices — Get all pricing
Returns 31 fixed-route prices (Rome, FCO, CIA, Termini, Tiburtina, Civitavecchia) and per-km rates for 64 Italian cities. All prices in EUR.

#### get_destinations — List all destinations
Returns 70 destinations: 6 local pickup points + 64 Italian cities.

### Pricing Details
- **Fixed routes**: 31 combinations of Rome-area locations with sedan/van prices
- **Distance rates**: Sedan day 2.40€/km, night 2.60€/km. Van day 2.60€/km, night 2.90€/km
- **Night surcharge**: +30% between 22:00 and 06:00
- **Holiday surcharge**: Variable, calculated automatically
- **Extras**: Child seat 15€, booster seat 10€, wait time 40€/hour (max 5h)

### Example Booking Flow via MCP
1. Call `get_destinations` to confirm locations exist
2. Call `get_prices` to know the exact rate
