1. Introduction

RM NCC operates as an intermediary platform enabling users to book chauffeur (NCC) services via www.rmncc.com. All transportation is provided by fully licensed and insured independent drivers under Italian law.

RM NCC is a commercial name used by MPA Global Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company No. 144452225), with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom. The company operates entirely online and coordinates services through partnerships with independent service providers.

By using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Definitions

"User": Any person using the RM NCC website.
"Service": Booking and coordination platform provided by RM NCC.
"Driver": Independent third-party operator providing NCC services under their own license and liability.

3. Nature of Service

RM NCC is not a transport company. Transportation services are contracted directly between the user and the driver. RM NCC acts solely as a facilitator and intermediary.

4. Driver Credentials

All drivers collaborating with RM NCC operate independently and are required to maintain valid NCC licenses, authorizations, and insurance in accordance with Italian transport regulations.

5. Bookings

Bookings are made via the website. A confirmation email is sent after successful reservation. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all booking details.

6. Payments

Accepted methods include Revolut, Stripe, PayPal, and onboard cash. RM NCC may act as a limited payment collection agent on behalf of the driver, accepting payment from the user and remitting it to the driver upon service completion, less any applicable processing fees.

Invoices are issued either by the driver or, where agreed, by RM NCC on the driver's behalf. Payment processing is handled from the UK. RM NCC does not collect VAT on behalf of the driver.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to full charge. Any change requests are subject to availability and may incur fees.

8. Liability Disclaimer

RM NCC does not provide transportation and is not liable for actions or omissions of drivers. Drivers are fully responsible for the service provided, including safety and punctuality. Complaints should be directed to the individual driver.

9. User Obligations

Users must provide truthful, accurate data, be punctual at pickup locations, and behave respectfully. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service in case of unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

10. Data Protection

RM NCC is fully compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we process and store your data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of London shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under EU consumer protection law to bring claims in your country of residence.

12. Child Seat Requests

Requests for child seats must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Availability is not guaranteed. Users are responsible for correct installation and usage of the seat during the journey.

13. Force Majeure

RM NCC is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, or technical malfunctions. Refunds or rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

14. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the right to initiate legal proceedings in the courts of your place of residence. Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU law.

15. Contact and Disputes
