1. Service Overview

Private door-to-door transfer services are coordinated via the RM NCC platform and executed exclusively by fully licensed NCC drivers operating under Italian law.

2. Pickup and Waiting Times

Airport pickups: up to 75 minutes from actual pick-up time
Train stations: up to 30 minutes from scheduled arrival
Hotels / Private addresses: up to 15 minutes from scheduled pickup time
Civitavecchia Port: up to 60 minutes from scheduled docking

Beyond the included waiting time, the following charges may apply:

Delays beyond free limit: €30.00 per 30 minutes
Unannounced delays: €0.50 per minute
Pre-agreed extra wait time: €40.00 per hour

Additional waiting time charges must be settled directly with the driver unless otherwise agreed during booking.

3. Luggage

Luggage capacity is estimated during booking based on user selection. Standard reference sizes include:

Small: 55 × 40 × 20 cm
Medium: 65 × 45 × 25 cm
Large: 75 × 55 × 35 cm

The platform automatically matches vehicle type to passenger and luggage volume. Oversized, irregular, or undeclared items may result in loading issues or delays. If the booked vehicle is insufficient due to excess or oversized luggage, additional charges may apply for upgrading the vehicle or providing extra transport capacity. Such charges are payable directly to the driver unless arranged in advance.

4. Child Safety

Child and booster seats are available on request and must be booked in advance. Availability is not guaranteed. The accompanying adult is responsible for proper installation and compliance with Italian safety laws.

5. Passenger Behavior

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited
• All passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and vehicles
• Drivers reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe, abusive, or unlawful conduct

6. Delays and Traffic

RM NCC is not liable for delays caused by road traffic, accidents, adverse weather, public events, or force majeure. Users are encouraged to allow sufficient time when booking services involving airports or ports.

RM NCC and its drivers are not responsible for missed flights, trains, or other connections caused by traffic conditions, road closures, or events outside their control. Please plan your pickup time accordingly.

7. Route Choice

The driver will select the optimal legal route at the time of travel. If the user requests a different route, this must be communicated in advance. Deviations from the original plan may incur additional fees, payable directly to the driver if not pre-booked.

8. Emergency Contact

For issues occurring on the day of travel, users should immediately contact the emergency phone number or email provided in the booking confirmation.

9. Responsibility Disclaimer

All transport services are performed by independent third-party drivers. RM NCC does not operate the vehicles and shall not be held responsible for any incident, conduct, delay, or service failure occurring during the journey. Any claims must be addressed directly to the assigned driver.
